Copyright/DMCA Policy

We take infringement of others' intellectual property rights very seriously and will respond to any lawful claims of infringement. The following is a statement of our DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy, which outlines the procedure for submitting reports of alleged infringement.

Notice of Claimed Infringement

If you believe that any material to which you own the copyright is being used on the website without your permission, you can report the alleged infringement by submitting the following information in writing:

- Identification of the material that is believed to be infringed, or in the case of multiple claims, a representative list of the materials.

- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing upon intellectual property rights and the specific location of the material, including the URL of the web page(s) where the material is located.

- Information reasonably sufficient to allow us to contact you, including your name, your postal address, your email address (if applicable) and your telephone number.

- A statement of your good faith belief that the copyrighted material that is claimed to be infringing has not been authorized by you, your agent, or the law.

- A statement by you that the information in the notice you are submitting is accurate and that you are either the owner of the work that is claimed to be infringed or an agent authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

- Your physical or electronic signature or that of a representative whom you have authorized to take action on your behalf.

All DMCA notifications that do not include the foregoing information will not be responded to or acted upon.

DMCA notifications should be delivered to us through our contact form.

Abuse Notification

According to Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any knowingly misrepresented claims of copyright infringement are subject to legal consequences. Any person submitting a false claim may be held liable for damages.

Take Down Procedure

It is this website's firm policy to remove any material from the website that is an alleged infringement of copyright. The accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated.
